Employee Self Service (ESS)

Manage Personal Information

This feature allows the user to add and modify the user’s address and phone details.

Emergency Contact

This feature allows the user to manage their emergency contact details. The user can add, edit and delete the contact information.

Leave Management

This feature allows the user to manage their leaves. They can raise a leave request, view their leave balance and also edit/ delete leaves that have not yet been approved by their manager. A leave request needs to be approved by the manager to be accepted into the system.

Pay Stub

This feature provides the user access to their pay stub (also called payslip or paycheck stub) which is an itemized list of an employee’s wages and deductions for a specified pay period. This may be attached to a check or given to an employee upon a direct deposit transaction.

Auto Deposit

This feature allows the user to set auto deposit instructions on their incoming salary. These entries can be added, edited and modified by the user. All auto deposit entries (add, edit and delete) will be applied to employee accounts only after they are approved by the manager.

Retrieve W2

This feature allows the user to retrieve their Form W-2, an Internal Revenue Service tax form used in the United States to report both wages paid to employees and the taxes withheld from them.

Leave Balance Inquiry

In this feature, the manager can view the leave balance of all employees reporting to them. They can also approve or reject any leave requests sent to them by employees.

In this feature, the manager can view the status change details of all employees reporting to them.

Manager's Delegates

A manager delegate is a person to whom the manager delegates their responsibilities. This feature allows the manager to add, view, edit and delete their delegates.
